Brianna was a God send. I originally had a bad experience with an Airbnb and it was my very first time using an Airbnb and I’m thankful that I found Brianna. While I was waiting for my house to close, I was very comfortable, and there were so many amenities and things on the property that I absolutely loved. I would literally go back and stay in her condo just to get away because the amenities on the property were that great. Brianna insured that I had everything I needed if I wasn’t relocating from another state and had a bunch of stuff with me, I felt that she had everything I needed in her condo. Thank you so much Brianna for the great experience!

The place was amazing and great value for money. Brianna was very responsive and accommodating and it was a great mix between being on a golf course and near the sea. St Augustine and Brianna’s place was such an amazing experience - we booked extra nights as we loved it so much

Brianna's condo was exactly as she described . The unit was nicely decorated, clean, and well furnished. Brianna is a terrific host. She stayed in touch with us, gave clear instructions and was tentative t our needs.
Will definitely book this unit again when in the area and if it isn't available will, search for a listing by Brianna .

This is our second stay in one of Brianna's AIRBNB's, this is honestly one of the nicest, most comfortable, and well equipped AIRBNB's we have ever stayed in. Brianna is an amazing host, extremely responsive, very informative, patient and helpful, providing great local tips on restaurants, local markets, even noting her personal favorites! Every single detail has been thought of, from usb outlet mounts on the back of the bedside tables, to snacks, coffee/tea bar to the toiletries! The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook a meal at home, even tin foil, ziplocs a spice rack and more. The bed was very comfortable, great linens and comfy furniture. Extremely quiet property, great blackout curtains, we slept like babies our very first night which says a lot being in a different bed and a new place! Beautiful balcony and view of the pool, we enjoyed being on the top floor and the high ceilings made the condo feel extra spacious.
We are locals and can't wait to return again

When I visit St. Augustine, I always check if any of Brianna’s spots are available. She’s been a great host, and I’ve always had a comfortable stay at her place. The check in process is easy with clear instructions, and she is always quick to respond if I have questions. Looking forward to coming back!

Brianna has an outstanding place. It is classy beachy, and her attention to details makes being there a breeze.
The Bed was so comfortable, laundry inside the condo, enough hangers for my clothes when staying almost a month. It felt like home from the moment we walked in.
Instructions for everything from restaurants to how to use the remote were clearly displayed.
Felt safe with live gate guard and fob to get in the building.
It’s a definite yes from me!

Absolutely pristine apartment! So many niceties …comfortable beds, pillows and linens, spacious floor plan high ceilings, fully stocked kitchen( with zip lock bags, saran wrap, foil etc) full length 3 way light make up mirror, Plenty of drawers, AC kept the place extra cool from the recent heat wave! Appreciated the higher ceilings! Front load washer and dryer. Washer has a speed cycle which I love! No question..we will be back! Don’t hesitate to book while available!! A++

This place was absolutely beautiful for the price. We the amenities and how clean it was. The apartment was well stocked and happy we were able to cook as well. Brianna was an amazing host and super responsive.

The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The space felt like a true home away from home, with thoughtful touches throughout and a peaceful atmosphere.
The location is unbeatable—set in a gorgeous area with scenic views, close to great dining, shops, and attractions. The building itself is quiet, secure, and well-maintained, with convenient amenities that made my stay even more enjoyable.
Communication with the host was seamless. They were responsive, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area. A five-star experience all around!
