The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The space felt like a true home away from home, with thoughtful touches throughout and a peaceful atmosphere.
The location is unbeatable—set in a gorgeous area with scenic views, close to great dining, shops, and attractions. The building itself is quiet, secure, and well-maintained, with convenient amenities that made my stay even more enjoyable.
Communication with the host was seamless. They were responsive, helpful, and made check-in a breeze. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area. A five-star experience all around!

This place truly felt like a retreat! From the moment we arrived, it didn’t even feel like we were in Florida, peaceful, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and stocked with everything you could possibly need (and more).
Brianna was hands down one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. She was super communicative and quick to respond to my messages. Upon arrival, she even sent us a curated list of local spots and recommendations for St. Augustine, which made exploring the area so much easier.
A huge bonus for us: it’s dog-friendly! We brought our pups along, and Brianna went the extra mile by sending us dog-friendly beach and restaurant suggestions too.
The amenities were stunning, the surroundings were lush, and overall, it was just the perfect getaway. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again, we already can’t wait to come back!

We have stayed at this complex several times in different condos and Brianna's place is the best. She has provided a plethora of amenities such as a well stocked kitchen equipped to cook anything from pizzas to gourmet meals and pass to the gym. House keeping is impeccable. This will be our "go to" place when visiting St Augustine.

Exceptional Condo!
We have rented many condos at LaTerra, but Brianna’s place is of exceptional value. She has done a complete reno and created a lovely Beach Vibe. Some of the many extras:
Nice work desk with comfortable office chair, humidifier and clean air filter that leave the air smelling fresh with no dampness, updated furnishings and lighting, great tea/coffee station with supplies and some snacks, many kitchen appliances: salad spinner, air fryer, blender, plenty of cutlery, several mirrors especially a nice full length one in the bedroom, lovely side by side fridge, convenient veranda that overlooks the pool area and welcomes the morning sun, a deep tub/shower with side bar for easy in and out, hooks for clothing …. night lights, plenty of hangers, a first aid kit, 2 beach towels, 2 keys instead of 1 and enough bathroom, laundry, and kitchen supplies for your whole stay. Brianna’s place is a cut above the rest and shows her desire to provide a perfect stay for her guests!

We recently stayed and found the condo beautifully appointed, spacious and comfortable. The balcony and gorgeous pool / courtyard view was a wonderful spot for morning coffee. There was more than adequate bedding , comfortable seating and sleeping spaces. It was quiet and a great place to relax and enjoy a holiday. Nearby shops and restaurants made trips for groceries or dining out fast and simple. Brianna was a fabulous host and very quick to answer any questions . We’ll happily be back!
